  1. How did you start with photo/video?
I started taking photos in 2004. I always liked drawing, but the drawings didn’t turn out as I wanted. So I tried to take photos instead. I started photographing landscapes, macro and sports. Then I discovered the beauty of architectural photography and long-exposure landscape photography.

  2. How would you describe your style?
Black and white photos of architecture and landscapes, mostly symmetrical compositions and minimalistic motifs.

  3. What inspires you?
Old master photographers like Josef Sudek or Ansel Adams.

  4. What is your dream shoot or project?
I would like to make a serie of long-exposure minimalist photographs  in Iceland and Patagonia.

  5. What is your best advice to others that want to develop as photographers?
Be patient. Many of my photos were taken only after several attempts. I often waited months or years for optimal conditions.

What is in your bag?

  1. What is the most important in your bag?
A Sony A7r III, Canon Tilt-shift lenses, a geared tripod head, ND and polarizing filters.
  1. What bag do you use?
